Gluten Free Vegan Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 100g Cocoa powder

  • 150g Plant based Yoghurt

  • 220g Plant based butter

  • 400g Brown sugar

  • 120g Gluten free self raising flour

  • 50g Cornflour

  • 150g Vegan chocolate

  • 200g Mixed berries

Method

1 put the melted butter, sugar and the cocoa powder in a big bowl and whisk until no sugar remains

 

2 add the yoghurt and continue whisking until smooth

 

3 gently fold in the flour

 

4 add chopped chocolate, mixed berries mix gently

 

5 Pour into a baking tray approximately 20cm ×20cm lined with baking paper

 

6 Bake in a pre heated oven at 160 degrees C for about 20 minutes, keeping an eye on it, so it doesn't over cook.

 

7 leave to cool before cutting.
